Lumean developed a re-deployable Mobile Virtual Network Operator Web Services platform for Viacloud that enables them to quickly set up a web presence for their virtual mobile networks.
The system, fully integrated with telephony APIs, a CRM, and payment gateways, enables subscribers to top-up and manage their mobile connections online.

Lumean is a tight-knit team of passionate people. All operations are headed up and overseen by its founders Dr Kailash Nadh, George Neocleous, and Tarkan Paphiti.
Dr Kailash Nadh, an award-winning research scientist, specialises in Artificial Intelligence and Computational Linguistics. He travels around Europe, South Asia, and the Middle East as a consultant and oversees our technology projects.
George Neocleous’s multifaceted skill set spans user interface design, UX creation, branding, and print design. As the Head of Interactive Design, he oversees the human element of the technology we create and administer all user experience design projects.
Tarkan Paphiti forefronts our business development and is responsible for providing specialised project consultation to our UK-based clients. At any given moment, he is driving and managing progress on all projects to ensure smooth deployments.
